You can ask for a refund if

• Your campaign has not started within 72 hours of payment and we cannot start it after you contact us.
• You were charged twice for the same order.
• We are unable to deliver the plan you paid for.

We cannot refund if

• The campaign has already started or completed.
• You gave a wrong or private username or post link and did not correct it in time.
• You changed your username, made the account private or deleted the post during the campaign.
• Results were lower than you expected, since we do not guarantee exact numbers.

Refund timing

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.
